The Sauna Season Is Almost Here
After a summer break, we’re getting ready to fire up the sauna and welcome you back for another season of wood-fired warmth, cold water, and community.
We’re kicking things off in October, and we can’t wait to see you around the fire again.
Season Kickoff: Ipswich Illumination Closing Ceremony
Sunday, October 18 4PM-6PM at Pavilion Beach
Join us at the Ipswich Illumination Closing Ceremony for a special evening of bonfire, drum circle, and free sauna. Come and celebrate this wonderful community. No reservations needed. Click here for more info.

White Beach Sauna Dates Are Back
We’ve also added new dates at White Beach in Manchester:

Come warm up in the wood-fired sauna, take a refreshing dip, and enjoy the unique experience of sauna by the water.
Hood Pond Is Coming Soon
We’re currently finalizing our upcoming dates at Hood Pond in Topsfield. So if Hood Pond is your favorite spot, stay tuned!
Come enjoy the benefits of the sauna in a community setting. We will set up hour long timed slots for people to enjoy the heat, cool off and repeat. The sauna seats 6. The times slot might be privately reserved for a group or one seat can be reserved by an individual to be enjoyed with 5 other new friends.
*Please note that your session will begin and end promptly at the scheduled time in order to accommodate everyone. No one under the age of 18 years old may enter the sauna.
There are no bathroom facilities so plan accordingly.

Sauna Season is Beginning and we are kicking off with the Fall Equinox!
Saturday Sept 20 9:30a-2p at Treetop Yoga in Gloucester. We will be taking reservations until noon and then walk in only to accommodate more people attending CrowFest.
Sunday Sept 21 9a-3p at Lynch Park in Beverly
Sunday Sept 28 1:30p-6p at Winter Island in Salem
